I have always had a passion for health and wellbeing, which led me to begin my training in 1991 at Central Connecticut State University, working towards a degree in Health and Wellness. After graduating in 1999 from the Humanities Center of Massage Therapy in Pinellas Park, Florida, I further enhanced my skills by obtaining a Personal Training Certification through NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine. This helps my clients improve their flexibility, stabilization, and strength, bringing them to a more functional capacity. I am certified by the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

What type of massage should I choose?

Since each individual has different needs and can vary from session to session I customize therapies for each session with your input. Please choose Custom Massage for Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release or Sports Massage. Choose Relaxation if you prefer just to relax and destress!

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay. No checks please.

What is your cancellation policy?

To keep my schedule running smoothly and to respect all clients’ time, I use the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are considered late cancellations.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged (50% of the session fee).
If I am able to fill your appointment time, I may choose to waive this fee.

3. No-Show Policy

A no-show (not arriving for your session without contacting me) will be charged (100% of the session fee).
No-show fees must be paid before you can book another appointment.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original scheduled time out of respect for the next client.
The full session fee will still apply, even if your hands-on time is shortened.

5. Illness & Emergencies

If you are sick (fever, flu, stomach bug, COVID-like symptoms, or any contagious illness), please stay home and contact me as soon as possible.
In cases of sudden illness, family emergency, or hazardous weather, I may reduce or waive fees at my discretion.
I reserve the right to reschedule your session if you arrive ill, for the health and safety of all my clients.

Yes! Save when you commit to regular care with 30- and 60-minute massage packages.

Do you sell massage gift certificates?

YES! Give the gift of relief and relaxation for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.”
Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount and can be mailed, emailed, or picked up in the office. Online purchase now available!

Do you accept insurance?

No, but I can provide appropriately coded receipts upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if allowed. I do accept HSA/FSA!

What can I expect during the treatment session?

Your first appointment you will fill out a short intake form so I can better understand your health history and go over your goals and expectations for the treatment. You will undress to your comfort level in a quiet, private and comfortable room. Relaxation is a priority even for the more advanced therapeutic modalities. Please note massage times are consultation and hands on time. I schedule my own additional time after each treatment for cleaning and sanitation.
